Huddersfield could have had 2 red cards easily. Should have been at least a yellow on that block on Coutinho when he was clean through.

This isn't quite right as far as I'm aware. A deliberate foul is still a red card offence, It's only a yellow if it's genuine attempt at winning the ball.
