Seriously - we don't give a crap about the league games anyway.

Who's going, where you watching and who's in the team?

I'll be San Jose if anyone happens to be there.

I reckon team that played on Thursday would be his first choice.

Seville looking to make history too, will be a tough game.

Flights book from the west coast. Tickets will be another matter. But after Istanbul and Athens. Can't be missed.

I paid close to a grand for my Athens ticket in 07... Really want to avoid doing that this year but that Viagogo site had a few at £650

Will see if I can get any by other means first and then the desperation might kick in. Players found out yesterday how many they get free and how many they are allocated to buy extra

We've got to the final off the back of tremendous home form.

We'll make it like Anfield, I'm sure, and hopefully that will be crucial.

All the same, UEFA have outdone even themselves with the ticketing for this. Absolute f***ing joke.

Wasn't even expecting to be in a ballot, though may struggle for time off even of I get one.

After the players and staff plus ex shareholders get theirs how many go to the ballot? 6000?

It'll be less than that I reckon. 1 in 3 chance in the ballot I reckon. I've no workings to show. Just a hunch.

f*** off UEFA

Anyway Klopp said everyone should go so you better had

Hopefully Basel will put on a decent fan park or something

As for tickets: ask the concierge at every good hotel and tell him there's a pony in it for him

The Swiss don't give monkeys about ponnies...it's all about Milka cows for them.

I will be on Skye watching the match with a mate of mine who is from ..... Basel, and who utterly refuses to look into the possibility of getting tickets even if I could afford it, which I can't.

I'll be wearing my Love Follow Conquer Rome 77 tee and I'll be tucking into Fondue and beer.

I've applied with my 7 home credits - are any tickets likely to get past those with 8? I'm not actually sure if I can go because I'm due to go to the Maldives the day after the final so I'd have to get back quick (and in one piece). If by some good fortune I get one I'll try to persuade the Mrs. If I can't talk her into it (and I'm not sure it's a good idea myself but how often do European finals come along?) then I'll pass it on to one of you chaps who can go. But not expecting to actually have the quandary.

I wouldn't have thought it was anywhere near that. There was an initial allocation to those with 8, including 1 away, who are guaranteed a ticket  - the ballot is just what is left over.

Only 47% of the 10,000 we've been allocated are for 'General Supporters' - the rest are priority rights holders, media, players etc.

i think ballot was the wrong word, I meant how many going to go to fans who have the required credits.

Ah right, dunno, those with 8 are guaranteed one though, just then depends how many that leaves for the ballot. 3 figures rather than 4 I'd imagine., with everyone who did the auto cup qualifying.

1 in 30 shot maybe I'd think?

I've got 7 credits from the home games.

Anybody got any idea how many herein the European auto cup ticket scheme this season?

If I get lucky got no idea how I'll get there or where I'd stay.

I assume flights and hotels are all fully booked by now?

They'll need to. Its not exactly chocker with smart alehouses. I heard there were going to be 2 fan areas. One in Barfusserplatz and cant remember the other one. There are  a few boozers there but they wont cope with us. There is an English one called pickwicks (or used to be a few years ago) and an irish boozer at the end of the same street. There are a few others dotted about but I reckon they'll soon get over-ran in terms of numbers. Hopefully they put up loads of temp bars and bogs

hotels are. I looked at the train from liverpool. Its about 11 hours. Few quid tho. I went to all games but was getting tickets off others so i'm f***ed. You can get flights but scheduled ones will all be one stoppers. Havent checked tour operators though

My wife and I are in the ballot, but I have two tickets through work who are guaranteed tickets and don't need to go into the ballot( fecking disgrace but that's another story. Anyway my wife's passport has ran out. I've been going in at her for weeks to sort it out as we have a trip to Rome in July plus a family holiday in August.

Does anyone know of you renew your passport if you get the same passport number? She needs to give it to the club on Monday. Or any other suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks in advance

You get a new number

But you should be able to take both passports with you I would think
