I thought it was more of a flat midfield three than a diamond, a 4312. I think we'll try to smother them in the middle. Hence:

its too lightweight. milner should start, and will start. he's also more than capable of contributing to an attacking start.

So after a couple of decent games/cameos, Origi suddenly has jumped above the only truly world class striker we have in Sturridge

 

Maybe if Sturridge was Belgian it would help?
