Molby Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Need to build on yesterday Shame Origi got injuredThought he and Hendo were the shining lightsLovren needs to continue his progress too
baja the hut Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 I am not going to jinx it, but tough games for Man Utd, Spurs, if the results go our way I can see us closing in on 4th soon.

Red Yoda Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 -------------------Mignolet Clyne-------Lovren-------Sakho------Moreno -------------Lucas-------------Can Lallana--------Henderson------------Coutinho -------------------Benteke
Earl Hafler Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 I wouldn't play Lallana. Go for pace in wide areas and pull their s*** defence apart.
lfc003 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Same team and shape as Leicester with Benteke in
Sion Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 They'll be playing Coates and Wes Brown at CB This should be 10-0
Hassony Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Coates has been their best defender since Sam took over
Stevie H Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 So should Newcastle. I'm expecting a battle it's allardyce. it'll be yard dog as f*** this game.
Red Yoda Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 it's allardyce. it'll be yard dog as f*** this game. Can't see it being anything else but that.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 I am not going to jinx it, but tough games for Man Utd, Spurs, if the results go our way I can see us closing in on 4th soon. Watford down to 10 men now
baja the hut Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Watford down to 10 men nowSorry man. Just looked an opportunity that's all.
doug_mac Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 this is gonna be like our recent games v west brom and watford its just gonna be long balls and long throws hoofed into our box from everywhere. i wouldnt start lallana or coutinho here as that clown fat sam will have his yard dogs under instruction to kick f*** out of them 2. the game wont be 5 minutes old and that turd cattermole will have one of ours on the ground in a heap after one of his tackles we need to be prepared to scrap against these
Molby Posted December 28, 2015 Author Posted December 28, 2015 Our problem is the run of games If Ibe is ok and comes back in form, and Sturridge can manage West Ham and Stoke, or part of, we have a good chance Otherwise we might struggle if we can't rotate the squad properly

lfc003 Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 All about starting fast for once and putting Sunderland under pressure
The_Adder Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Ibe over Lallana, keep Hendo and Can in centre mid and have an extra attacker like v Leicester.
Red Yoda Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Ibe over Lallana, keep Hendo and Can in centre mid and have an extra attacker like v Leicester.Ibe is just back into training after being ill for a number of days, doubtful that he will start.
Rimbeux Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 So are Sunderland going to sit in deep and launch it to a front two, or play for the draw and launch it to a lone front man?
Tobes Rafa Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 (edited) Is it really tomorrow and not today? That's f***ing s***e that. Edited December 29, 2015 by Tobes Rafa
fred milne Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 I'd be tempted to bring Ibe in for Firmino or Lallana (probably the latter) but reckon Klopp will stick to the same XI that played the majority of the Leicester game.
Leo No.8 Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 We lack a bit of pace in forward areas without Sturridge, Origi and Ings. I'd like to see Ibe playing to compensate for that a bit. Think our worst performances have largely been when we've had to many slow players in the team. Lucas, Milner, Firmino, Benteke, Lallana all good players but all lack pace for their respective positions. To play 'heavy metal football' one of the big priories over the next 12 months needs to be bringing in a lot more speed and stamina.
