Tommy Cockles Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 First things first: where is the decent boozer pls?Cockles & Associates plan & rationale is: Moon Under Water pre match (early opening) The Escourt Tavern post match (recommended by Watford mate)
McBain Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 We need to find a formation that includes Henderson, Coutinho, Lallana and Ibe
Stevie H Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Cockles & Associates plan & rationale is: Moon Under Water pre match (early opening) The Escourt Tavern post match (recommended by Watford mate) yeah the estcourt is a decent enough pub. was in there last week as it goes. it's probably alright for away fans and is on the road down to watford junction station.

I'd prefer to see Firmino ahead of Benteke, more as an act of faith than anything
Kvarme Ate My Food Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 yeah the estcourt is a decent enough pub. was in there last week as it goes. it's probably alright for away fans and is on the road down to watford junction station. Why were you in Watford?
Stevie H Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Why were you in Watford? still got a load of mates around there from when i lived there in the 90s. annual christmas booze-up. estcourt is near enough the junction for me to grab a train back to london afterwards.
Maldini Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Bit worried about this one, they're in really good form. Any more dropped points and suddenly we're in a slump.
Stevie H Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Bit worried about this one, they're in really good form. Any more dropped points and suddenly we're in a slump. i kept thinking that ighalo lad was crap at first but he isn't. he's really persistent, moves constantly and just makes good runs all the time. he's a handful.
Earl Hafler Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Bit worried about this one, they're in really good form. Any more dropped points and suddenly we're in a slump. Counter argument is they've just played three poor teams who lack movement and quality in attack. Get Hendo, Lallana and Coutinho near Benteke and we should score a couple.
Redray Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Bit worried about this one, they're in really good form. Any more dropped points and suddenly we're in a slump. They wont know what's hit them.

Get Hendo, Lallana and Coutinho near Benteke and we should score a couple. They're pretty solid defensively, not getting enough plaudits because of the mad run of Leicester we should still have enough to beat them if as you say, we have movement, I wouldn't mind seeing Origi starting this (possibly with Big Ben)

Get Hendo, Lallana and Coutinho near Benteke and we should score a couple. So get them standing near the penalty spot thenwont Watford just push up and play them off? Also it's hard to be the guy setting up AND getting near the forward for his knockdown or whatever All in all I would put the onus on Benteke to move around The movement of the others is fine Cockles & Associates plan & rationale is: Moon Under Water pre match (early opening) The Escourt Tavern post match (recommended by Watford mate)How far is the walk from the Wetherspoons to the station ?And then from there to the ground? Stevie H Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 (edited) How far is the walk from the Wetherspoons to the station ?And then from there to the ground? Ta 10 minute walk from the station to the wetherspoons, straight up clarendon road out of the station. then another 10 from the wetherspoons to the ground. Edited December 18, 2015 by Stevie H
muleskinner Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Troy Deeney is the archetypal handful for opposition centre halves.

yellow jumper Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 (edited) wasn't quique manager of atletico when they beat us in the europa league in rafa's last season? coup for watford. ranieri was underestimated too with everyone focusing more on the disaster with greece than all the massive clubs he's managed to a decent level. funny how PL now appears bit more attractive for managers than players...or at least that where the balance of quality is, especially if ancelotti and pep also turn up. imagine they'll try to play like away side as that's where they've been better overall. Tommy Cockles Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 ThanksSee you there CocklesDon't f*** me over Ha ha. I will be in there around 11.
dorgie Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 This is the first full week Klopp has had with the players on the training ground. We're winning this.
