So I get into the lift at work this morning (in Hong Kong),listening to Knox's dulcet tones and hear a second scouse voice ringing out. Not something I often hear in our lifts,and it turns out it's a new video about the Mersey Bridge (which I didn't even know about).

So,infrastructure experts (paging Jarg Armani to thread) what's the story here? Good,bad,waste of cash?
