David Hodgson Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Yes, I'm that in the zone and excited that I have nothing better to do than start this thread. Here's the team I reckon : Mignolet RandallSkrtelLovrenMoreno AllenMilnerCan IbeFirminoBenteke Sturridge to get 30 mins
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 win this and we qualify. Want to finish top if we can too but that's for later. At least this is at home and so's the next League game vs Swansea. He may as well play Lucas for this as he's out next Sunday
DJS Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Yeah, Lucas is surely a cert for this. Think we should maybe rotate 2 or 3 at most for this. Get the game won & qualify, so we can forget about this competition until February.
Red Yoda Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 --------------------Mignolet Clyne------Skrtel-----Lovren-----Moreno --------------Lucas-------Can Milner-------------Firmino----------Lallana ---------------------Benteke Bench Bogdan, Randall, Toure, Allen, Ibe, Teixeria, Sturridge Go as strong as possible from the start, look to try to kill the game early, then we can rest a few later.
The_Adder Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Ibe surely starts, can't afford Firmno out with Phil prob missing for a few games.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Phil appears to only have had cramp
whitewidow Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Is that right? That's cracking news if true.
RafaShanks Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Reds medical staff have opted to leave it 48 hours before drawing any conclusions in the hope that the problem settles down.Coutinho will be assessed again at Melwood on Monday when a decision will be taken over whether to send him for a scan.http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/coutinho-update-liverpool-fc-face-10482722

McBain Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 I'd play Allen to get him in shape for Swansea. Ibe and Benteke in as well. Shame we only have 4 defenders as we need to rest them boys at some point. Not sure we can get two games a week out of them for too long before one or more breaks down

Teixeria isn't in the Euro squad is he?
Hassony Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 (edited) Teixeria isn't in the Euro squad is he? lol , this is definitely this season's Ibe is cup tied Edited November 22, 2015 by Hassony
growler Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Like to see rossiter and Sinclair given some time.
downunder Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 I doubt Rossiter will be fit enough, only started training Sunday.
Conrad Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 no way coutinho or lallana are starting this
Case Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 MignoletRandall Skrtel Toure MorenoLucas AllenMilnerIbe Benteke Firmino Subs :- Yes
David Hodgson Posted November 23, 2015 Author Posted November 23, 2015 We've got this lad called Daniel Sturridge too.
Red Yoda Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 We've got this lad called Daniel Sturridge too. Surely his first game back will be a part runout from the bench?
DJS Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 That sounds about right. I'd start Benteke and hopefully we can be relatively comfortable in the last 20 mins, for Sturridge to come on and get some fitness.Bordeaux are 13th in Ligue 1, their last 6 league games have been a mixed bag: Rennes 2-2 BordeauxBordeaux 3-1 MonacoAjaccio 2-0 BordeauxBordeaux 1-0 TroyesBordeaux 0-0 MontpellierLorient 3-2 Bordeaux
Chewie Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 MignoletRandall - Skrtl - Lovren (need to build partnership) - MorenoLucas - Allen - CanIbe - Benteke - Origi (wildcard) Subs: good bench this!Sturridge-Lallana-Coutinho-Firmino-Milner-Toure then swansea Mig - Clyne-Skrtl-Lovren-MorenoAllen-Milner-CanLallana-Firmino-Coutinho subsBenteke-Sturridge-Ibe-Toure-Randall whoever else..
McBain Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 A full warm up for sturridge and a pre agreed hour (for example) may be better than putting him on as sub for the last 30
Chewie Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 A full warm up for sturridge and a pre agreed hour (for example) may be better than putting him on as sub for the last 30aye - there's this too.. I'm persuaded! Considering I'd keep the city formation going into the swansea game let's bin the Origi idea and start Daniel for an agreed 60.. see, that's what boot room collaboration is all about ;-)
