Facebook 'Friends'

I use FaceBook a lot, mainly to talk about Liverpool and due to my links with supporters clubs I have a lot of ‘friends’ who I have never met or I know through the supporters clubs. It is now becoming an issue for me as a few people I actually don’t like – their bigoted views and opinions are completely different to mine and I find them offensive. I cant delete all of them, as some I deal with all the time and it would cause too much bad feelings.

A couple of people have said to me I should have two accounts, one for football and one for real family and friends, but I am too lazy to manage an extra page. Does anyone else have issue with FB friends who they cant delete as friends as it would cause other problems?
