Who was your role model, were you a fat barstard with no pace version of Peter Thompson or a towering presence in the air like Josh Toshack, only with a massive beer gut? A career wasting genius who would have been an all time great if beer hadn't been invented like Robbie Fowler, or a smiling assassin like McMahon only without the skill and courage? Who were you most like at say, 20, who did you kid yourself you most resembled as a player in Division three for Dogsh*t United?

 

I was Keegan. Fact, it was my nickname when I played for Chalvey Grovers in the Slough Industrial League, and not just because I got beat up in a lay by and had a dodgy haircut.
