Rules about cold calling - need EXPERT advice

I don't suppose anybody works in the industry, either as poacher or gamekeeper?

 

I'm trying to establish both the actual rules about ambulance chasing and the like and what happens in the real world

And also what a call centre needs to do to be licensed, what the process is if they get shut down etc

 

I've read the rules but I want to know about the real world

Imagine I was asking about FFP - it wouldn't be just the official rules I'd be after

I knew the theory but predicted it would be load of balls

The cold calling industry seems to be something like that but getting tougher - why?

So I'm looking for a bit of industry insight please, ta v much peeps
