New house.

Hi all.

 

Just brought a bit of a fixer upper as wife and I are starting to plan for the future and wanted a extra room for kids and the sort however new place needs a fair bit of work.

 

Wondering if any of you had any of the following done and how much it all cost... Also if there is a best order to do these jobs in...

 

Need a new boiler- current is a old back boiler

 

New fuse box (maybe rewiring)

 

New bathroom and a new kitchen.

 

There is a crack on the front bay window but can't get a proper look at this until we move in.

 

House in a large 3 bed but we want to leave it with the potential to up it to a 4 in a few years time.

 

So any thoughts?
