I'm building a template for the Co so my project managers can scope jobs for clients. This involves a grid for the ratecard - staff roles down column C and the rates for each role in Cols D, E, F, G etc - as we have different rate cards for different clients.

This is then accessed on a working sheet so someone enters the % we sell time at and it flows through to calculate the billable using a VLOOKUP.

The role Account Director returns #N/A.

I tested this. It doesn't like 'Account' on its own either.

Account Manager is fine, Acct Director is fine as is Accounts Director.

In other words the formula error went away when I overtyped Accounts Director instead of Account Director.

fascinating I know
