stressederic Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 We'll have to watch everyone else this weekend before we get to play. That being said hopefully we'll look a bit fresher than we did against Blackburn.
DJS Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 This will be great if a couple of our rivals for top 4 have ballsed up during the weekend. If not, there'll be real pressure on us. That said, Mancs play Spurs so one (or both) will drop points. And Southampton go to Chelsea, so theoretically should drop points. Unfortunately Arsenal are at home to WHU. Could've been worse though, at least we won't have a weekend where we have to sit and watch ALL of them win.
New York Red Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Mancs and Spurs draw. Arsenal and WHU draw. Chelsea win. We win. Great weekend.
Sion Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Man U can lose, f*ck Spurs.Their games after this weekend are well easy and they're a point behind. Need them dropping points
cymrococh Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Their games after this weekend are well easy and they're a point behind. Need them dropping pointsThey're Spurs though.
Swan Red Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Their games after this weekend are well easy and they're a point behind. Need them dropping points You have 72 points all but guaranteeing top 4
Sion Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 You have 72 points all but guaranteeing top 4I think so. But the caveat of that is teams around us won't have ridiculously good run ins and will drop points where you'd expect them to. If Spurs have outlier form and get 24/25 out of 30 points it will propell them to 75 points. A win against United is a great start to gaining outlier form. They win there and win their next 3 vs Leicester Burnley and Villa and all of a sudden they only need 3 wins and a draw from their last 6 to reach 72.
Earl Hafler Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 (edited) Their games after this weekend are well easy and they're a point behind. Need them dropping points Southampton away and City at home aren't easy. Tricky fixtures against Burnley ( drawn against them this season ) and Stoke ( lost to them already this season ) Edited March 13, 2015 by Earl Hafler
Ed the Wool Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Don't think Arsenal will find it easy. WH have been poor recently but they'll get up for that.
marty Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Don't think Arsenal will find it easy. WH have been poor recently but they'll get up for that. for awhile they will and then bend over like they always do

And Enner Valencia has ruled himself out of the game at Arsenal by standing on a broken cup. The daft c***
surf Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 And Enner Valencia has ruled himself out of the game at Arsenal by standing on a broken cup. The daft c*** this is why walking on broken glass to play against arsenal isn't as great an idea as it sounds
The_Adder Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Hope Sakho comes straight back in and we go back to the Can-Srktel-Sakho thing that is dead good.
muleskinner Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 need to get a hold of Shelvey, he is always up for it v us.
Swan Red Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 not before he puts one of our forwards through tho
muleskinner Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 that would be ok as long as he doesn't smack on in from 25 yards again.
McBain Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 this is why walking on broken glass to play against arsenal isn't as great an idea as it soundsGot the f***ing Eurythmics stuck in my head now! Argghh
fred milne Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Is either Allen or Lucas available for this game? We could do with one of them to play in front of the defence.
Dan Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Allen should be fit http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/latest-news/181654-joe-on-fitness-form-and-consistency-aims?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
The_Adder Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Mignolet Can - Srtkel - Sakho ???? - Allen - Henderson - Moreno ???? - Sturridge - Brazilian ???? are two of Markovic, Sterling and Lalalana. Not sure I like Sterling at wing back, takes a lot out of his game, would be tempted to go go Markovic RWB and Sterling pushed up for the extra pace.
Hassony Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Markovic is out of form, so I'll play Sterling and Lallana
