Following on from the poo predictor, today the world's first manned fuel free aircraft takes flight. It's completely solar powered and they're planning to fly all the way around the world.

What's even more impressive is the feat of human endurance involved. The single pilots will have to fly the plane for periods of up to 5 days all by themselves in a cockpit the size of a phonebox.
