Watching footie in bars....

I was in a local bar here in Hong Kong with a mate of mine (neutral) for the United game. There was nobody else in there except for another couple of fellas, and getting their accents I figured they were Mancs. Before the game one of theirs started talking to us, asking who we supported, then hearing my accent (London), asked me why, to which I responded family etc. etc. We had a chat about how bad both sides were, and all the rest of it.

Seemed like an ok fella.

Then the game kicked off.....

And he turned into an uber-c*nt. When they scored he'd literally run around the bar smacking on the walls, windows, and shouting at the top of his voice. Carried on throughout. Possibly coked up the amount of time he went to the lavvies.

Then gave me a smirk and a wink when I left after the game.

Generally, how much of a tw*t are you supposed to be if you're in a bar with rival fans (who you don't know) and your team is beating them?

I keep myself to myself generally, and calm my celebrations down a little bit than I would when with a whole bunch of Reds.
