Looking for a short break (from the UK) for about 5 days over New Year.

 

Started thinking Marrakesh but apparently it's only in the mid-teens (degrees C) over there at this time of year.

 

Anyone got any experience, good places where it'll be warm (hot) that aren't on the other side of the world as I still have to get back to NY just after the New Year
