D.Boon Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 The next door neighbours are planning on building a big twin conservatory of horrible uPVC which is humorously titled an orangery. It going to extend halfway down their garden right along our boundary with them. At the moment our objections are visual impact, possible loss of privacy, trashing the hedgerow we share and we also have bats which nest nearby and fly over both gardens at night. We've been up front with them and told them we will object but they still seem intent on going ahead so just wondered if anyone has any experience of this sort of thing and if there were things to go in the objection that will carry more weight with the council.
