Changing over email

Getting my moto x phone next week and am still using a mix of a old email address (hotmail) and a really long one which I created when in a huge rush (gmail).

 

I have had the hotmail one for 15+ years so most of my accounts use this one. Have an android already and play store etc are on the gmail... all a bit of a mess.

 

Is there an easy way of switching over all my accounts to a new gmail address? I know for most things I can just change over the address manually but not sure for the google (youtube/play store etc)
