Google Nexus 5

Apologies for starting another phone related topic but I couldn't find the previous android phone based thread.

 

Does anyone on here own a Google Nexus 5? I would appreciate an honest assessment. I have an iPhone 5 at the mo that's on it's last legs and I am if the view to give up on the apple brand and move over to android (value for money for android devices being an attraction).

 

If the google nexus 5 isn't the one to go for can anyone recommend another high spec android phone? I want to buy it offline as I am on a sim only contract with three for a period of 12 months.

 

Any advice is mucho appreciated
