Italian food

I've been challenged by an aspiring restauranteuse (aka. her indoors) to name an italian dish that a) I've not had before and b) I will eat. This is surprisingly difficult, not least because what passes a) is usually because it fails b).

 

So what do you recommend (preferably in italian with english subtitles)?

 

Best effort so far is 'orecchiette con pescatrice e galletti allo zafferano'
