flying visit to Liverpool with my 60 year old mom.

My Mom is coming over to London for a week and mentioned out of the blue, she'd never been to Liverpool and would love to see the city, the docks etc.. We're gonna go up on a Thursday and we'll stay the night and head back to London Friday eve (she's not mad about the club scene)

I've booked a stadium tour for the friday morning as she deffo would love to see Anfield having never been there but is there anything you'd really recommend doing

in that short space of time. I know you can't do much in a day and a bit and every time I've gone it's been to a match, a pub and hotel with little room for properly seeing things to my shame. I'd love to do a bus tour of the city or something similar taking in as much as possible in that short space of time.

 

Any recommendations?
