House viewings

So we're selling our house at the moment, had a lot of interest/viewings and a few offers we've rejected for being well under the asking price (£15k?!!!).

 

The chap who made that offer has been round once, then wanted to come round again when we were in so he could ask questions ("What's the best and worse thing about living here?"). And now he wants a 3rd viewing.

 

Time waster, nervous first time buyer or robber scoping us out?
