RP Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 (edited) Everyone knows the situation in Group D I guess. Just the one set of perennial under-achievers is already out of the running. Group C - Colombia through, likely in top spot, any of the other three teams in the group could still join them. Gotta fancy Ivory Coast. Edited June 24, 2014 by RP
Rory Fitzgerald Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Just the 16 games in the next 4 days then. But only 2 kick off slots instead of 3
Hassony Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 happy with the 9pm kick off would have rather they moved the 5pm kick off by an hour
Billy Dane Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Is anyone actually going to watch the England game?
aka Dus Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Is anyone actually going to watch the England game? Only the last 10 if they aren't winning and the other match looks settled.
RP Posted June 24, 2014 Author Posted June 24, 2014 Is anyone actually going to watch the England game? Are you kidding? Have you seen the team he's named? Not a chance.
Ripley Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Are you kidding? Have you seen the team he's named? Not a chance.I've not being paying attention. Has he picked a funny team?
sutty Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 I've not being paying attention. Has he picked a funny team? 9 changes. Only players stayed in are Cahill & Sturridge
Earl Hafler Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 I've not being paying attention. Has he picked a funny team?
RP Posted June 24, 2014 Author Posted June 24, 2014 I've not being paying attention. Has he picked a funny team? It's quite reasonable really. Everyone gets a gold star and is made to feel part of the group. In fact, one of the players has his family over - I think his lad has been promised a run out in the second half.
Rory Fitzgerald Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Last time I looked Costa Rica were still 3/1 to win. On the double chance market they are probably 4/6. I might have a big bet on that if they are picking a strong team to ensure they win the group.

Des Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 (edited) Is anyone actually going to watch the England game? Call me presumptuous but I have a sneaky feeling Cobs might just give it a passing glance. ;)/> Edited June 24, 2014 by Des
Rodgers Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Very subdued so far between Italy and Uruguay, not even any atmosphere. Hopefully theres a goal soon to liven it up.
RP Posted June 24, 2014 Author Posted June 24, 2014 Can't see Italy - Uruguay ending 11 v 11. I can see a couple of goals maybe, but certainly not that many.
Boca Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 I can see a couple of goals maybe, but certainly not that many. Balotelli is a cert for a red
