really can't see england struggling particularly against uruguay, uruguay just aren't all that good. suarez, cavani who is not bad, and that's kind of it. and don't believe suarez is 100% anyway.

Someone will disagree with that.

Had to be said though.

Reckon England will win if Suarez is out. Dan will score again.

For England fans the good news is that they weren't the first team to crash out of the world cup.

No doubt Woy sees that as a positive...

draw I reckon.. leaving a vague sense of futility going into the last game...

A draw would probably be enough for England to qualify.

agree I'd see England slight favourites for this; of course if it's a half fit Suarez vs Roys England I wouldn't bet against Luis

Two mediocre (at best) teams.

Think England will win though, Suarez can't be anywhere near full fitness.

He'll be a right handful no matter what. Be interesting to see how they try and contain him.

boot him on the knee would be a strong opening gambit.

that's Liverpool's knee you are talking about.

hodgson's advocate. fortunately four or five liverpool players are going to be in regular proximity of suarez. and england don't really have a 'nasty' lad do they?

I don't think this England team on paper is mediocre. It's actually a very good XI and squad. It's just been Hodgsoned.

Cahil will have no problem giving him a whack

Looking forward to seeing Gerrard schythe Cahill down as Cahill runs towards Suarez with evil in his eyes.

I'm far less concerned about the result of the game, rushing Suarez back out of desperation when he isn't ready. If he re-injures that knee he might not be the same player again.

Epic victory tonight followed by shambolic defeat v Costa Rica

nah - it's always 'brave'...

Rooney red card within 15 mins. 2-0 down at HT, get it back to 2-2 & go out. Bravely.
