What is the general opinion on them and do you think they will come back and make an impact? Obviously the ones we have borrowed will go back and never darken our doorsteps again.

 

ASSAIDI -- Has had a decent spell with Stoke. Clearly Brendan saw something in him when he bought him. Does he make the grade with us? I think he's shown enough promise to loan him out for another year and see if he really improves and can come back. He's fast as hell and that is a rare commodity.

 

BORINI -- Another one who has done pretty well. He shows some flashes of pure class and could well slot into that front three for us and not complain about playing week-in, week-out. Brendan seems to love him too.

 

COADY -- Has to go out on loan again to a Champiuonship club this time. By all accounts he has real talent.

 

COATES -- It just never quite happened did it? I think he'll go back to Uruguay permanently for about 3 million. I hope he doesn't become another Palletta and actually become decent.

 

IBE -- Seems to be a real talent. Does he go out on loan again or do we shepherd his development to mirror Sterlings?

 

ILORI -- He could be loaned out again. Too much promise to write off yet. If he comes back i think he takes the place of Kolo in the squad.

 

McLAUGHLIN -- No idea. Has he really been that great?

 

REINA -- The question is, how much does he get sold for? I have to think 6 million at least.

 

ROBINSON -- Things seems to have passed him by. I think he gets sold. 2 million maybe.

 

SUSO -- I just have no idea. He did great at the start of his loan but seems to have fallen off. We need some real top quality in the middle and I just don't think he is it.

 

WISDOM -- I dunno. He's still pretty young but I'm not sure he has the quality to slide into the CB position and we are stacked at FB. If we buy players for the back four, they will be bona fide starters and we have more than enough back ups. I say he gets sold for about 3 million I'd guess.

Palletta is now a full Italian international, will probably be in their WC squad

Coady won't come back, championship/ league 1 is his level

 

Ilori - no point in loaning him again, keep him in squad

 

McLAUGHLIN is still at liverpool, loan finished early as he was injured, played yesterday for the U21

Derby want Wisdom to stay, think he'll be back at liverpool though

He's not even 20 yet - very young for a defender. Have no idea if he'll make it, but seems a bit early to say "things seemed to have passed him by"

He is.

 

But yeah, he is young and injuries have impeded him.

 

All the same, at the moment I'm not expecting him to have much of a career here.
