Bin Dippers

Was havin a laugh at work tonight with a girl who supports the bluffers (spurs) and she started callin me a bin dipper. I always just laugh that sought of thing off because i know what a great city Liverpool is and only those with the misfortune not to have been there think that way. My point is, do you think this is how people still perceive us in general or is it just a football thing? Living down South for the last 20+yrs i should be immune to the crap jokes but it still really pisses me off inside. I always go on other teams forums after we have played them to get their perspective on the game, most are full of crap nicknames for us, i guess it's just easy to trot out that old crap.
