smithdown Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Was going to put this in the house advice thread but might get missed so... A long shot this I guess but one of the in-laws is in a bit of a bad way with the old dementia (he's in Stothart House right now which is pretty grim but the nurses are great and at least it is better than the Royal) and we've been given a long list of places that might be suitable for him. Problem is that we've been advised that loads of them are absolutely terrible and it's not that easy to find out which ones are worth going to look at, we have even had an ambulance driver look at the list and scratch off almost all the ones he has visited as being not fit for a dog. So has anyone had any experience of one they'd recommend in Liverpool? There's only one that looks good so far and he'd be behind 18 people on the waiting list.
