Came off my bike on Tuesday and landed badly on my wrist. Went to A+ E who x rayed it and told me it was broken and gave me a full arm plaster which would need to be on for 8 weeks.

 

Just been to fracture clinic for follow on appointment. Told the doctor it wasn't particularly painful. Doctor takes one look at X ray tells me I've broken f*** all, orders the plaster to be taken off and discharges me.

 

Think the cleaning lady must have been standing in as cover on Tuesday
