need help please, otherwise I'll have to call my solicitor and he talks slowly

 

 

 

say you have a salon

 

you take someone on, doesn't work out, she's gone within 2 months

 

 

 

when she worked at the salon, after doing certain hair treatments, she would take photos of the finished product (some client in the salon sporting a new hair-do or whatever)

 

with her consent, the photos were used to promote the salon on FB etc

now, having turned gangster, she suddenly wants the photos taken off, claiming 'copyright'

 

 

 

she can do one no? isn't this like if you assemble a car at Halewood, take a pic, allow Ford to use it on FB, leave acrimoniously and then demand the pictures get taken off?
