FakeNewsBear Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 My Grandparents in Law have both recently fall ill, they are both 84 so this is not usual but i have just discovered they have NO will. They have a Three Bed, Two Reception and seperate double Garage, they have two daughters which is a complex relationship and they want to leave the house to Me, my wife aged 27, her brother 18 and cousin 13 and want me to be in charge of the whole shabang, but they dont know what to do and think i can just fix everything and i dont have a jar of glue. Preferably i would like to buy the house outright but its a bit questionable swooping in like a hawk when the old couple finally pop the cloggs. obviously they need a will stating this. How can i do this without being a c***? and do i accept the bid on behalf of the 13 y/o cousin if so how do i cover myself in future from accusations of taking a s***ty bid from myself?
