Facebook games and other Flash player hacks

It's possible to find a player's proper Facebook account from their game i.d, even though it's supposed not to be. I've been hearing about other hacks that involve taking advantage of glitches in these games and using them to hack people's accounts and use their information.

A friend has been telling me they noticed someone had accessed their Facebook account via another browser / location, which you can check in the Account Settings section.

 

Anyone experienced any of this ?
