Are they going ahead with the Revamp?

18 team premier, 12 team 1st div, 12 team 2nd div.

It's in desperate need.

I've just watched this video of Celtic lifting the Scottish Prem last season;

Celtic shouldn't be celebrating this surely? They should be embarrassed.

It was bad enough when Rangers were still in the Prem with them and Celtic wining it for the past 30 years with stagnent none none progressive football, but for celtic to actually celebrate winning the league is just farcical.

don't be daft

how is that daft?

It's 100% guaranteed Celtic are going to win it. It's a complete none contest.

Without wanting to sound mean about it, it's a fake achievement.

If they can't celebrate winning they can't play. Like their fans are still supporting them and spending money aren't they entitled to enjoy it.

it's a rubbish argument, yes the league is s*** and yes Celtic will win it but they still have to and it's still about their fans. Fans of other clubs being sneery is kinda s***.

To be fair, I was surprised by how some of my mates celebrated it. like they didn't know from the start of the season that they were going to win it.

Also a bit funny now they are going on about making themselves the new invincibles by going unbeaten all season. Not really that great an achievement

It's what they have and their emotional and financial commitment to the club isn't diminished because there's no competition. Suggesting that celebrating a league is farcical seems significantly more so than celebrating a league.

I'm sure if (when!) Liverpool are in the same position most Reds will be pining for the days of Ferguscum, Wenger and Maureen-eo.

I for one will be celebrating raucously as we steamroller Hereford United and Barnet on the way to a 17th consecutive premier league title

You can only beat whats in front of you. A one horse race admittedly, I think their fans live for the CL games, given the league is a procession and will be again this year and next too. Celtics average crowd in the league games is down, much to the delight of Rangers fans, Rangers have won about 20 games in a row but they are playing against guys who are at such a low level that if they didn't beat them it would be like Palace going to Man City and winning by a street. The game in Scotland is so lop-sided than a Celtic Rangers double of them winning their divisions was something like 100-1 on before things kicked off. That makes for a very boring league unless youre one of the other teams that can hope to sneak a place in the Europa league at the top level or follow Rangers int the promotion spot. I've lived here for almost a decade and even before the Rangers meltdown I've not once being interested in paying money to watch it either in person or via a TV subscription.

Yeah that what i meant. At no point did i think Celtic fans should not celebrate a league win. Its just when they won the league, it was like Aguero scoring that last minute league winner. They even had that nervousness about them, Like they didnt know they were going to win it from the start. And these are my mates before anyone starts thinking im a closet rangers fan. Its a mess at the minute scottish football, and Rangers not being there is actually harming Celtic. Celtic have only filled their ground twice or something this season. And its worse now the idiots are boycotting them. Hearts going down this year too and they are the 3rd biggest team there so next year could be even worse
