Sky/BT fixture changes

Does anyone know when these will be out? I think it's 3 months in advance but may be wrong. Step-sister-in-law has two friends coming over from Dallas and they want to go to the Mancs/Spurs match on New Years Day. All fixtures that day are currently 3pm, which is obviously dependent on TV

 

So they have no tickets, staying in London, need to get to and from Manc on the train on New Years Day for a fixture that may or may not be moved on that day, or to a different day. What could possibly go wrong?
