Anyone know how to pair android phone to a Sony LED tv?

 

Instructions on YouTube app on phone say the YouTube app on tv should have a Pairing Option with a code in Settings or MY YOUTUBE menu.

 

But I don't appear to have either a Settings menu or a MY YOUTUBE menu on my YouTube app on my tv.
