Seeing as Liverpool does or does not have a policy of signing players under 24 on different days of the week, who are the ones in English leagues and elsewhere who are worth a look?

Not the ones like Nieymar who would cost bazillions but those who only the likes of Newcastle seem to buy with any regularity. If you were a scout and could advocate signing a player for say £5m - £10m, which seems to fit in with most teams budgets, who would it be, what are his plus points/weaknesses. Highlight how he would likely integrate into the PL as backup for your advocating signing him. The only restriction is he has to be 24 or under and the upper limit on spending is £10m, also you cant spend more than £40k a week on wages.

Do your worst fantasy manager people!

Are you a lazy scout, working for some club ? trying to get help

haha! No. I'm just looking for forumites knowledge. Seeing as the fanbase covers many countries there must be guys from every country in Europe logged on here on a regular basis, this was just an attempt to get them to share the local knowledge, if you are from say Finland and watch that league on a regular basis then you are more likely to be clued into who the next Jari Litmannen is that someone in the UK. Personally I've never watched the Finnish league and couldnt tell you who won the title last season = shocking knowledge, sod all knowledge of anyone playing in it. Other members will know more though.

England M Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain 19 Arsenal

M Raheem Sterling 18 Liverpool

Hugely insiteful and useful that is. Its got Neymar, Oscar and Lucas Moura on it too. A f***ing numpty could come up with that list ffs.

Danial Sojlund?

He's 29 and currently without a club after Djurgården decided to not renew his contract. He's going to have to step it up if he plans to take up Litmanens mantle!
