Algerian Gas Plant Hostages

Al-Jazeera reports of 35 hostages killed and 15 of the hostage takers dead after helicopter attack as they tried to move the hostages from one site to another.

 

1 Briton was killed overnight and there are a number of Scots in the group taken. 20 Algerian workers rumoured to have escaped.
