Wood Flooring

[Cheesecake]

I've got a 5m by 4m room to lay with solid wood oak, tried a bit of it myself but made an a*** of the small bit I tried so I'm looking to get someone in who knows what they're doing! I've done a google and seen prices ranging from £15 to £30 a square metre, anyone know what sort of price a competent joiner should charge to do the job?
