Old Football Cartoons

Does anyone know the name of these cartoon series from old British comics?

 

One was about a player who was from the Fens in Norfolk (I think) who had an eagle shaped tattoo or birthmark on his chest.

 

The other one was about the English team not qualifying for the World Cup and a team from the Falkland Islands playing in it instead.
