Sterling has been a delight so far.

Morgan - seems to be on the fringes but an option

Amoo? (Keep hearing him mentioned?

Anyone else? Massive opportunity between now and January to try a few of the youngsters.

Ibe looked usedful in that pre season game, if only because he has a bit of pace and is willing. Ngoo is a big lad, which might help him, short term. Pelosi scored two yesterday, which puts him top of my list.

Yesil?

Mixing up my Amoo with my N'Goo. It's easily done.

The other one ?

N'Goo is ace. I'd give him a try up front in the LC.

Is he Mike? Not seen anything of him I don't think. At least the upside of the transfer s***show is we might get a good look at some of the youth.

Pelosi is receiving rave reviews at the minute, and I think Adorjan always looks the part. The big talent is Jeorme Sinclair, but he's a bit too young yet. I'd definitely promote Wisdom though, and ask Carra if he wants to join the coaching staff.

I watched the Under 21 game yesterday and N'Goo looked really really impressive. He is gangly but he knows what he is doing and is in control. He looks the part.

I don't think any of em are ready really but there are a few that could do a job.

Morgan - brilliant finisher, great work rate, great attitude. Not great outside the box or holding up the ball. I don't think he's ready to start until he can figure out how to impose himself on games when the supply isn't great

N'Goo - looks like an absolute donkey when you first watch him but he's actually one of the most skilful players at the club. I remember watching him for England u20 last year and the commentators were literally laughing at him for his first few touches. By the end of the game he'd dominated the opposition, scored and they were raving about him. He's a big lad, maybe 6'5 and built like a brick sh*thouse but he has an uncanny knack of getting the ball 40 yards from goal, beat 5 players and scoring. It's hard to know how he'll wok out but he has something and he's been scoring for fun when fit. I'd be looking to him before Morgan to be honest but Morgan seems to be rated higher.

Ibe - mostly played wide for us but played up front for Wycombe. Great dribbler and very strong for his age. Probably a little too young to make an impact this season at 16 but you never know.

Suso - seems to have been cast aside at the moment but can do a job as a #10 or in one of the wide forward roles. Probably needs to impose himself on games more to force his way into the first team squad

Adorjan- Bergkampesque #10, talented but again isn't always in games.

All of these players are basicly outside the first team squad presntly and could come in and do a job .

Right back ...............................Flannagan -- Strong talented full back , could be called all no problem , McLaughlin & Smith -- both raw but both talented full backs , pacy and love to get forward .

Centre back.............................Wisdom -- Hes getting more and more assured with his performances , very strong & quick . Sama -- Another good strong quick youngster , getting better , but i'd put him slightly behind Wisdom presently .

Central midfield...................... Adorjan / Suso / Teixera -- all three are very talented , Adorjan seeems to be more consisent and assured week in and week out , Suso & Teixera can be more creative , but also a bit more inconsistent at times .

Left sided midfielder.............. Pelosi -- Consistent performer , has recently got back from an injury , scored against ManCity , good young player .

Forward.................................... Ngoo -- He's a monster , Gangly , but has good feet , strong and quick , real handful good eye for goal .

I try and watch the reserve / youth matches as much as i can , i think any of the above could come into the squad for the likes of a LC match and do fine within the squad

Ibe is another good prospect , but i think its maybe a year to soon to be looking at him .

Sinclair looks a very talented young player but he is incredibly young yet .

Coady is another player who could be considered , i feel from watching him that he has not progressed as much as people have hoped , hopefully this season will see him improve his performances and be more commanding infront of the back four .

Dont think Coady will ever be good enough. Just hasnt improved for the last few years and doesnt even impress me in the U21/Reserve games.

Suso is 18, think saying there isnt any point in him being there if not considered good enough is a bit much.

he needs games at a higher level than he is getting or he'll end up a perpetual reserve who is always just about to break through and never does.
