absolutely - so why's he gonna give a s*** about where LFC are in the League? Or how much your tickets cost? Or any sentiment if he fancies changing the name of the stadium to STADIUM X? Or sticks Donald Trump's son on the Board? Or wants some home games played in America? Or any number of bats*** things we've not thought about?

not sure he's making back his (which is actually other people's) losses on Twitter anytime soon, btw - and he doesn't give a monkeys anyway

Don't think he'll make it on Twitter but will make it elsewhere, as will the rest of the US Oligarchs.
