When do the international rights come up?

Don't know but it goes some way towards securing teams with FFP concerns.

The players will be delighted.

Yep, £200k/week all round, yipee!!

The clubs should use some of the money to reduce season tickets but instead it'll all go to the players, and Sky subs will probably go up.

Something like 70% more? Schudamore knows how to get a deal.

As said, should, if used responsibly allay most clubs FFP fears, still leaves Chelsea and Man City with a problem imo.

They usually near match the amount for overseas, which would together equal in total the amount the taxpayers spend on some government obligations usch as the railways or unemployment. Given they will be making a profit on this, iro 15%, and you can add in gates of roughly 40% of this puts some perspective on just how much the UK and further will be spending just for the basics of watching.

Staggering deal. 70% and televising fewer matches.

They should mandate that the money be ring fenced for debt reduction and maintaining or dropping season ticket prices. At the very least should go to the club infrastructure and capital works.
