Anyone else having trouble renewing on-line? Keeps on rejecting my card. Tried debit and credit card.

I renewed a couple of hours ago with no problem.

Did you remember to tick the box to accept the terms and conditions? If you don't I think it rejects your application and it may look like it's the card that's being rejected

Got the email yesterday but not had them in the post yet. Need to be renewed by June 29th I think.

I had same problem yesterday and called ticket office who said they had no issues reported at their end. I left it an hour and then the payment went through.

I had same problem yesterday and called ticket office who said they had no issues reported at their end. I left it an hour and then the payment went through.

Gone through now.

Popped home this lunchtime and had a suprise, a nice letter from LFC offering me a season ticket.

 

I've been on the list since 1996, only last week I checked my position in the queue and I was still in the 500+ range. I assume they must have had a lot more people not renewing this year than is normal, as I've not heard of another tranche of tickets being released like they did last year.

 

Oh happy day!
