Air Play

Thought speakers that I didn't have to dock a device with would be neat.

 

I bought a philips Fidelio speakers with it and I'm trying to get it connected and configured. Took me a while to get it to talk to our router but that seems fine, so I can play sounds from my iPad through the new speakers. But what's quite annoying, and I hadn't realised before I bought it, is that I seem to have to drop the connection and connect back to wifi in order to use safari again on the iPad. Is that it, can you not have the iPad doing both simultaneously ?
