Just going by a thread in the general football forum, there's a guy in our work was sent down for dangerous driving which caused the death of someone and their family has been up to try and make sure he doesn't get his job back when he gets out.

The guy made a terrible mistake for which he can't forgive himself and he's paying his time, but should the family of the victim have the right to further punish him, and should the people he worked for pay any credence to the request?
