Hello all, here's the deal : Season ticket in the UpperCentenary for rent next season

Row 6, very near halfway line, next to a well-loved poster on here. I am renting 2 others nearby for myself, so I can sit with my son, hence reason for the raffle.

This ticket includes all home cup games and guaranteed aways if you apply on time

Also, all cup final tickets are GUARANTEED, which means that in the 20 years I have had this seat, I have had 15 final tickets….not a bad return

It costs £2000 which is face value (if not a little less than that)

Nobody is making any money off the raffle so everyone has a fair and identical chance of winning, unlike any other raffle anywhere in the world, although you may of course, purchase multiple tickets

the draw will correspond to the first number to be drawn from a Euromillions draw once all tickets are sold

at this stage one is just trying to get an idea if people are interested…details can be worked out if the raffle is actually offered

also, I have not asked for permission from YNWA and they have not agreed anything yet so this is purely a fact finding exercise at this stage

voting and comments appreciated

Bit crap if you are No's 51-100, Euro Millions only draws up to the number 50 (I think cant be arsed to look)

obviously - let's say if 100 people enter, the winning number has 2 (semi final winners) as each number is assigned 2 tickets

and we end up with a further (play-off) draw between the 2 posters - how exciting is that?

or they could share it if they want

Why dont you sell more and give the extra money to charity? Sure people would still buy them if the cause was a good one

just a thought but why not do it basted on the 1st 2 numbers i.e. 1 and 10 drawn number 11 wins...obviously you would have to start from 3 ;)

would love to do that

just trying to gauge enthusiasm for actually buying tickets

I'll give £100 myself, to start things off and how about if everyone gave an extra £2? that makes £300 for charity

and the winner pays £100 too, so his £2k ST has cost him £122

so that's £400 raised

HJC or HFSG would both be very happy im sure. I meant one that might be close to Molby

they're pretty close to me

the people can decide what theywant to do - I'm sure it will be Hillsborough

I know they are close to you, did not mean to imply they were not! You may have a charity as close to you as those though and that is what I meant.

I know, it's fine

everything's important but mostly it's the HJC that gets my money...otherwise it's whoever asks

I'm in. It would be worth it if only to trawl back through the old Chinese takeover threads and invite one of DH's critics to sit with him. They could then find out what a lovely fella he is and apologise. Or they could carry on until they have a fight which would be really funny too.
