Anyone ever used Viagogo or Seatwave

trying to get my hands on a couple of Brice Springsteen tickets for Manchester for the squaws birthday, and it seems the only way to get a couple is use an online tout. Anyone ever used them before, are they relaible? will i get my tickets?

 

or better still, anyone got two they want rid off?
