Don't think they would need planning permission for internal stuff, its got to be for outside.

 

Might just be another scoreboard for the poor souls at the top of the upper cent. The atmosphere is bad enough without those big screen monstrosities.

they can highlight any mistakes a ref makes that denies us a penalty or a card for an opposition player while completely ignoring any mistakes in our favor.

 

The ref will try to ignore it but he will catch it and try to make amends

Aren't then screens for showing the crowd yet another mistake the Ref has just made, slowly over several replays, agigtating tthe crowd even more and intimidating the Ref in to actually being fair and not biased against us like they usuaully are?

They actually aren't allowed to replay any contentious decisions on the screens like offside decisions or wrongly disallowed goals

They should be and I have seen it at other grounds too. And they do it at the rugby an'all.

I wonder would there be any legs in screening away games and charging entry into anfield. Decent way to claw back some of lost revenue on clubs like Chelsea.

i watched a Euro 2004 game at Glastonbury on the big screens and it was excellent. only way I could see it working was a temp right in front of the Kop
