Tosh Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Why should the NHS replace faulty implants that the individual put in by choice via a private provider? Sorry, there's been a bit on the news about this and it's been narking me -those who've ended up with them after a mastectomy is one thing but surely the maker of the faulty implant should be on the hook for making good (either removal or remove AND replace) the faulty item rather than the Govt/NHS
