Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Remembering the great "justice" chant in te FAC vs Arsenal, I don' tknow how easy (shouldn't be?) to arrange for the semi, but it has to be done, surely?
anfield11 Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 A little aside from your post, which I agree fully with. Kenny has rightly stated that we won't play on the 15th, but are we heading for a battle? If we play the 14th, Chelsea will have to play the 15th. If they get through against Benfica the CL semis are on April 17th and 18th.
oakie bob Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 If that is the case with Chelsea, then we should demand that our Semi Final be played on 14th at Old Trafford or City of Manchester, that way Chelsea can play on the 14th as well, just like the good old days, semi finals on the same day !!

Will Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Already booked trains down assuming we'll be on the Saturday - hopefully we're at 1245 rather than 1730
Cam Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Already booked trains down assuming we'll be on the Saturday - hopefully we're at 1245 rather than 1730I can't see the ITV1 wanting a 12:45 kick-off (although maybe the police will advise it if it's Everton). They'll want Saturday night TV ratings. It's it's ESPN then it doesn't matter as they know everyone will be watching illegally no matter the time.
RBM Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 I've had details sent to me this morning for the charter train, with the 14th as the semi final date. Not sure how they would know.
sutty Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 My project go live is on the 14th. I could do with an evening f***ing kick off and the go live going alright.
Tommy Cockles Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Has anyone else noticed that our 2 potential FA Cup semi final opponents at Wembley are the last 2 teams we beat to win FA Cups at Wembley? Make of that what you will.
Rory Fitzgerald Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Latest odds Liverpool 11/5Chelsea 12/5Tottenham 11/4Everton 8/1Sunderland 15/2Bolton 33/1
Earl Hafler Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Already booked trains down assuming we'll be on the Saturday - hopefully we're at 1245 rather than 1730 It's surely going to be a 5.15-5.30pm kick off. Saturday shopping, Grand National racing. They'll want as large an audience as possible.

magic melia Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 If we do get Everton in the semi , The Police will not want tens of thousands of people trying to leave the city as tens of thousands are pouring into the city for the national
D.Boon Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 My project go live is on the 14th. I could do with an evening f***ing kick off and the go live going alright. Surely you'll have fixed your light switch by then?
Rory Fitzgerald Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Look, only one way to sort this and its been done before this season, Friday night ball ! I mean, what could possibly go wrong on Friday the 13th. Just seen that we are on the Saturday and Chelsea on Sunday, there was no mention of times.
ChrisC Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Surely you'll have fixed your light switch by then?

Bigal Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 If we do get Everton in the semi , The Police will not want tens of thousands of people trying to leave the city as tens of thousands are pouring into the city for the national this makes no sense so, they are banning people from Liverpool going to the game?!?!
