The Fernhurst opposite the ground, for years the destination for Aways, has been refurbished & turned into a family-themed 'Hungry Horse' place. As a result all Away fans are no longer welcome at The Fernhurst and police will be 'advising' away fans to find alternative locations.

 

I'm not enitrely sure where this would be... maybe the Brown Cow on Livesey Branch Rd? Not much further to be fair.

I can honeslty say that is without fail the most mashed I've been at a football match. Evening kick off ...been out all night the night before and carried on all day. I felt sorry for Spike and his other passengers during the lift back. I then took HVS on a mini tour of Chorlton. Needless to say I was fine on the Sunday!! Oh those were the days.

Oh aye the old grey matter has kicked in. The cheque incident was the season before. How the hell I got in that ground is anyone's guess. I can remember listening some BBC station of the game on my phone and not being able work out what was going on.

Liverpool Football Club has received an allocation of 7260 stand tickets for this ALL ticket fixture priced as follows:

 

WEC Darwen End, Upper Tier and Lower Tier

 

Adult: £39

Over 65s: £26

Junior (aged 15 and under): £16

 

The club should be putting some cash up and knocking the price down for this, 7000 tickets in a meaningless game days before we take 30k to Wembley, it'll be half empty.
